Qualifications


Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 61 or older by the end of the current year or disabled.

 

AND

 

60 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $36,000
Two-person household = $41,100

Apartments are available for the following income qualifications as well ( to qualify to rent these apartments, the annual household income must not exceed the amount listed in one of the following categories) :


50 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $30,000
Two-person household = $34,250

48 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $27,360
Two-person household = $31,248


45 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $26,550
Two-person household = $30,330

40 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $24,000
Two-person household = $27,400

35 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $21,000
Two-person household = $23,975

At least 58 apartments total are set aside for disabled persons.
At least 45 apartments and up to 58 apartments may be occupied by non-elderly disabled persons.
