At least one member of the household must be 55+ years of age WITH a disability OR 61+ years of age

*If you are two person household the second person must be

at least 55 years of age.

**Must be 61 by the end of the calendar year

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: **$35,400
     Two-Person Household: **$40,440

Apartments are available to applicants whose income is equal to or less than 50% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $29,500 
     Two-Person Household: $33,700

The Ballinger Court Apartments is convenient to retail shopping, public transportation, medical facilities and parks. Residents are invited to our planned activities and events.
