10 apartments total in Meridian Court Apartments I and II are

available only to applicants whose income is equal to or less than

35% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $20,650
     Two-Person Household: $23,590

30 apartments total in Meridian Court Apartments I and II are available only to applicants whose income is equal to or less than 50% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $29,500 
     Two-Person Household: $33,700
