Lakewood Meadows Apartments participates
in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes for
age and income qualified senior residents.
The two building, three-story Lakewood Meadows
Apartments complex is located on a bus route for convenient access to shopping,
medical facilities, and recreation. The buildings are access-controlled,
and each is serviced by an elevator. There are 88 one-bedroom and 80 two-bedroom
affordable senior housing apartments in the Lakewood Meadows Apartments
complex. Some apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications.
There is live-in management at our building. There are laundry facilities
on each floor.

60 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $29,280
Two-person household = $33,420
Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
Each of the two buildings in the Lakewood Meadows Apartments complex offers
an array of amenities including a professionally decorated community / recreation
room, that boasts a big screen television, a film library, arts and crafts,
an assortment of games, books, and puzzles. The community / recreation room
can also be reserved by residents for private family celebrations. Various
activities will also be scheduled in each building for those residents
who choose to participate including monthly potluck dinners, birthday celebrations,
trips to various locations, and other activities proposed by the residents.
