A large recreation room with solarium is located on the main level, and is furnished with a big-screen television and VCR for use by our residents.
Various activities are arranged for those who choose to participate including monthly potluck, monthly breakfast, weekly bingo, and guest speakers.

Renton Senior Apartments Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 61 or older or disabled.

35 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $21,000
Two-person household = $23,975

60 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $36,000
Two-person household = $41,100

Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.

We appreciate the area businesses who offer special services to our Cedar River residents including the Renton Senior Center which sends a van every weekday morning to pick up residents interested in participating in Senior Center activities, and the Salvation Army which sends a van Friday mornings to transport interested residents to Safeway for grocery shopping.
