It’s been proven that pets foster better health, exercise, and socialization. Grandview Senior Living is an Evolution Community by SHAG and has apartment homes for seniors of all incomes! We are a mixed-income community, and a percentage of our apartment homes are reserved for those seniors whose incomes are at or below 50% of the area median income levels.
All household members must be age 55 or older, and at least one household member must be age 61+ by the end of the current year, or disabled.
