Fall Fitness: Getting Moving with an Incentive

asian couple exercisingWe’re offering three different incentives for participants in our weekly virtual fitness classes: Ageless Fitness and Ageless Fitness Yoga. Classes are open to all residents, and you can stay warm and dry because you don’t need to leave home to participate. Classes are designed for people with different physical abilities.

“Give it a try. No matter what your fitness level is you can take part in Ageless Fitness or Ageless Fitness Yoga,” said Community Life Foundation’s Wellness Initiatives Manager John Friedl. “If mobility is an issue, either class can be completed sitting down. After three classes, you should start feeling stronger.”

Sign up for classes by emailing us at Agelessfitness@shag.org or go to your community office to sign up on paper. We will provide the details about each class after your sign up.

“The more you participate, the better you will feel and move,” Friedl said. “Our Fall Fitness Incentive is a great way to improve your health and your finances.”

The three different Fall Fitness Incentives are:

  1. New participants who complete three classes and fill out a brief survey will receive a $15 gift card. A survey will be sent via email or by U.S. mail after completing your third class.
  2.  For participants who regularly attend classes, you will receive a $5 gift card for each resident you refer to a class. The new participant needs to list their referring friend when signing up for a class. The first 50 referrals will receive gift cards.
  3. The first 30 participants (new or returning) who attend 15 classes before December 31, 2021 will receive a $50 gift card.
