Qualifications
SHAG Mountlake helps you get more out of life by building apartment homes that offers active senior living, a community of friends and a welcoming home with an array of amenities.
Residents must meet the following in order to qualify for an apartment home.
Age Qualifications
All household members must be age 55 or older, and at least one household member must be age 61+ by the end of the current year, or disabled.
Application Process
Mountlake Senior Living is an Evolution Community by SHAG and has no upper income restrictions. We serve seniors of all incomes.
A small percentage of our apartment homes are reserved for those seniors whose incomes are at or below 50% of the area median income levels. If you would like more information on the availability of these apartments or the qualification process, please reach out to a member of our on-site management team.
A resident screening application is required and proof of income stating two times the amount of monthly rent.
