One-bedroom apartments start at $1,170, while two-bedroom units are priced as low as $1,285 (subject to availability). Water, sewer, and garbage are included, but the renter is responsible for electricity and other utilities. Since New Haven is subsidized affordable housing for seniors, there are income requirements. Things to do nearby in Seattle, WA and Shoreline, WA

There are many activities and sights to see in the immediate area or within a couple of miles of New Haven Senior Living Apartments. Seattle’s famous Dunn Gardens, a national historic space designed by the Olmsted Brothers, is right on your doorstep. Dogs and cats are more than welcome at New Haven Senior Living Apartments. Our pet policy allows two small pets. The maximum weight of each pet is 20 lbs. Some examples of dog breeds under 20 lbs include Yorkshire terriers, pugs, French bulldogs, toy poodles, and miniature Schnauzers. Tenants are required to pay a one-time pet deposit that is 25 percent of their monthly rent amount. Best yet, there is no monthly pet fee.
